The snow has melted and it’s supposed to hit 60 degrees this weekend, so we headed up to Grand Marais in hopes of hiking a few more Hiking Club trails and dusting off our snowshoes.  We ran around the Grand Marais Harbor yesterday afternoon and enjoyed the town.  Ben Franklin, the fish taco at Hughie’s and Voyager Brewery were our favorites.

Here are a few winter photos and a link to the live webcam of the lighthouse.  More adventures today!  Happy trails!!

The Grand Marais Harbor is managed by the US Coast Guard and Superior National Forest.  Along with the walk out to the lighthouse, there’s a beautiful little wooded spot out to the West that was fun to explore.
